The MBA Vanguard – Weekend Leadership Immersion – 28 March 2026

The Department of MBA at Annai Mira College of Engineering and Technology, affiliated with Anna University, organized “The MBA Vanguard: Weekend Leadership Immersion” on March 28, 2026, at 9:01 AM at Sir M. Visvesvaraya Hall, Kamarajar Block, in the college campus at Arapakkam, Ranipet District.

The programme featured Dr. Dineshbabu Mahendiran, Assistant Professor, School of Management Studies, Vels University, Chennai, as the resource person. He delivered a session on “HR Analytics for Decision Making” as part of Week 7 of the leadership immersion series.

During the session, practical insights into the application of HR analytics in organizational decision-making were shared with MBA students. The discussion covered key areas such as workforce analytics, data-driven performance evaluation, and the strategic role of HR in enhancing organizational effectiveness. The interaction enabled students to appreciate the growing importance of analytics in managing human capital in a dynamic business environment.

The programme significantly enriched students’ understanding and strengthened their analytical and decision-making skills. It forms part of the department’s continuous efforts to integrate academic learning with contemporary industry practices and develop future-ready management professionals.
