This is an initiative by Department of English with an objective of developing soft skills of students to become a bold and dynamic future leader. The Activities are started from 1st year in tie up with best soft skill training companies like Six phrase, SMART, British council.

Objectives of the program:

• To overcome stage fear by speaking boldly and confidently
• To represent boldly in placement interviews
• To represent boldly international and National Technical events

Under this program 10 days of training is provided to our students in 2nd semester in focussing on below mentioned skills,

• Goal Setting & Career Awareness
• Confidence Building
• Team Building & Leadership
• Self-Realization

Then after completion of 10 days training British council training certificate is provided to our students.
