The MBA Vanguard – Weekend Leadership Immersion – Feb 21

The Department of MBA at Annai Mira College of Engineering and Technology organized “The MBA Vanguard: Weekend Leadership Immersion” on February 21, 2026, at 9:01 AM at Sir M. Visvesvaraya Hall, Kamarajar Block, at the college campus in Arapakkam, Ranipet District.

The programme featured Mr. A. B. Sivakumar, Chief Executive of Sankalp Management Consultant, Chennai, as the resource person. He delivered a session on “Corporate Strategic Management: Agenda and Imperatives for Action” as part of Week 6 of the leadership immersion series.

During the session, practical insights into corporate strategy, leadership responsibilities, and the need for timely managerial action were shared with MBA students. The interaction helped students understand the importance of strategic decision-making in today’s competitive business environment.

The programme successfully enhanced students’ knowledge and strengthened their strategic thinking and leadership skills. It formed part of the department’s continuous efforts to connect academic learning with real-world industry practices.
