The MBA Vanguard: Weekend Leadership Immersion

Back Weekend Leadership Immersion at Annai Mira College of Engineering and Technology Arapakkam, Ranipet – October 25, 2025: The Department of MBA at Annai Mira College of Engineering and Technology organized “The MBA Vanguard: Weekend Leadership Immersion” at the MBA Classroom. The session featured Dr. B. Prabu Christopher, Associate Professor at VIT Business School, VIT University, Vellore, as the resource person. Dr. Prabu Christopher delivered an engaging and insightful session on “Profile Mapping,” aimed at helping first-year MBA students understand and align their personal and professional goals. A total of 55 students participated actively in the program, gaining valuable insights into leadership development, self-assessment, and career alignment. The session provided a practical framework for students to reflect on their strengths and plan their professional growth effectively. The event concluded with an interactive discussion and a vote of thanks from the organizing team, marking a productive and inspiring weekend for the budding management professionals.
